Our Approach to Privacy
Greybox Systems is built on the principle that your data is yours. We are an AI operations consultancy that connects to your existing business tools to surface operational intelligence. Privacy is not a feature we offer — it is the foundation everything else is built on.
Data We Collect
Website visitors: We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics. We do not use third-party tracking scripts or advertising cookies.
Contact form submissions: Name, email, company, and message content submitted through our contact form. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Client engagements: During active engagements, we access data from your connected business tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Slack, etc.) as authorized by you. The scope of access is defined during onboarding and limited to what is necessary for the engagement.
Data Retention
We operate on a zero data retention policy for client engagement data. Analysis is performed, deliverables are provided, and your data is purged. We do not store copies of your business data beyond the active engagement period unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Deployment Options
We offer three deployment models to match your security requirements:
- Cloud: Hosted on our SOC 2 compliant infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
- Hybrid: Processing happens on your infrastructure. Your data never leaves your environment.
- On-premise: Full air-gap deployment for organizations that cannot send data to external services.
Compliance
We build with compliance in mind and support SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS requirements. Specific compliance measures are documented per engagement and can be tailored to your regulatory environment.
Third-Party Services
This website uses Calendly for scheduling discovery calls. Calendly has its own privacy policy governing how it handles scheduling data. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools on this website.
Your Rights
